Legal Clerkship (m/w/d)

In order to strengthen our law firm JASPER Rechtsanwälte in Düsseldorf, we are looking for a trainee lawyer (m/f) with interest in commercial and real estate law. We advise and represent medium-sized companies as well as well-known private individuals from Germany and abroad in all aspects of real estate.

We offer you the opportunity to learn how to handle legally and economically challenging mandates together as a team. In the course of your work, you will have access to our excellent network of experts from all fields related to real estate. From the very beginning you will work in all areas of corporate and commercial law. Your future activities with us will be in line with our commercially oriented range of services:

• Solving transdisciplinary issues related to our clients' real estate projects with our first-class network of experts from all fields
• Advising foreign clients on real estate investments in Germany
• personal legal advice for wealthy individuals
• economic, commercial and corporate law advice for well-known companies
• etc.

We are looking for you, with a completed first state exam, good English skills and a passion for legal work.
