The Building Use Ordinance regulates the type and extent of building use. This includes building areas and building zones. Floor Space Ratio, Floor Area Ratio and Building Mass Ratio provide information on the possible uses. The Floor Space Ratio is calculated by dividing the floor area by the area of the building plot. The Floor Area Ratio is the permissible floor area divided by the relevant area of the building plot. Bulding Mass Ratio is the building mass in cubic metres divided by the relevant floor area of the building plot in square metres.
