Principles
Pursuant to section 866 of the Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO), compulsory enforcement against real property is effected by
- registration of a mortgage by way of security for a claim
- by compulsory auction
- by forced administration
The creditor may demand that one of these measures be carried out alone or in addition to the others (section 866 (2) ZPO).
